If you had a leaking pipe, your standard letting agents would either call you , the landlords to have to try and find someone to deal with it or they would just find the first person who is available with no care about callout charges or cost of repairs.

As we do everything in house there is no callout charges and we DO care about the cost of repairs and it is kept to the absolute minimum.
