How much notice do I need to give to leave the property?
Most tenants pay their rent monthly so officially you will only need to give one month notice to leave the property, it is preferred this is done on your rental date.
Can we paint the walls?
Generally properties are in good decorated condition, it is preferred that walls are not painted, however agreements can be made depending on which rooms and what colour, but also keep in mind the landlord could request they are put back to original colours at the end of your tenancy.
Would I be accepted if I have never rented a property before?
Of course everybody starts somewhere, obviously all the standard checks and searches will be carried out. If for some reason you don't have all the documents required, we could ask for guarantor this could be a parent, family member, friend or someone who will agree to pay for bills if you can not.
